Due to our continuous growth and business transformation, we are strengthening our Finance team and looking for: Junior Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities in line with company policies, procedures, and deadlines;
• Assist the Lead Financial Controller in preparing monthly management reports, i.e. Monthly Business Reviews;
• Contribute to the company's financial planning, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting processes;
• Cash Flow monitoring and controlling in terms of AR collection and aging reporting;
• Oversee accurate and timely invoicing in compliance with contractual terms;
• Collaborate with project managers to track and monitor project budgets;
• Provide ad hoc support on various finance-related projects and initiatives.

About you

• 1+ years of relevant work experience in Finance (FP&A, Controlling, Reporting, Audit);
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business administration or equivalent;
• Knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles;
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, cash flow, revenue recognition and budgeting;
• Excellent MS office knowledge with focus on Excel;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details;
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently managing multiple deadlines;
• Highly organized and adaptable well to changing workloads;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across departments;
• Team player with a proactive, hands-on mindset;
• High level of integrity and reliability when dealing with sensitive financial data.

It would be a plus to have

• Familiarity with G-Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.);
• Experience in financial reporting or controlling within a service-based or IT companies;
• Familiarity with project-based accounting (e.g., time & material vs. fixed-price contracts);
• Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives, enhancing efficiency in FP&A.
