The Automotive Aftermarket division (AA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards AA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. AA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.
Job Description► Perform all product life cycle based product marketing processes for the assigned products i.e. product launches and prohibitions ► Support the technical product portfolio during the product life cycle in Automotive Aftermarket ► Conduct regular portfolio analysis and monitoring, incl. market research and analysis ► Conduct regular sales forecast and planning analysis ► Collaboration with international Bosch organization (plants, engineering, sales) ► Support senior product management in Germany ► Propose and follow up measures to increase sales, reduce costs, increase profitability and define proper product price positioning ► Collaborate with purchasing in supplier management |
Qualifications► Completed academic studies (preferably in technical orientation) ► Professional experience in product marketing or sales, preferably in automotive business ► Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and basic knowledge of MS Access ► High market and customer orientation ► Excellent analytical capabilities ► Persuasiveness and assertiveness ► Very good communication skills ► Willing to assume responsibility ► Well-structured operating method ► High ability to work in an international team ► Advanced English language |
