Requirements:

• University degree in Business or Social Sciences
• Fluency in English language
• PC literacy

Key Accountabilities:

• Participates in hiring process and in building good relationships with candidates
• Find, screen and engage potential candidates through networking activities, social networking, community organizations and media channels
• Participates in interviews with candidates
• Organizes interviews and selection events
• Drawing up shortlists of candidates, maintenance of internal database
• Promote the Adecco brand, image and services through both online (social media) and offline (events) communication
