Junior Retail Representative


Your responsibilities:

  • Sells all products and services from the Company's offer.
  • Meets all sales and development targets.
  • Handles all administrative aspects of sales including: checking customer solvency, drafting and discharging customer agreements and guarantees, ordering products from the warehouse, billing and monitoring the delivery of initiated orders.
  • Handles the fiscal printer and POS terminal.
  • Knowledge about company products, additional equipment, tariff packages, promotions and service functionalities including digital services and the advanced IT technologies.
  • Maintains his/her knowledge of and follows the competition's offer and provides market feedback to his/her superior manager in relation to local competition and the need for products/services.
  • Handles the users' service requests.
  • Offers efficient customer support in a kind manner (to both natural and legal entities), educates customers and helps them understand the products and services offered.
  • Represents the adopted Telenor brand values in all processes and activities carried out through interaction with service users who visit the shop.
  • Represents Telenor Bank in the Telenor Shop.
  • Presents and sells all services and products from Telenor Bank's offer in accordance with the Bank's procedures and in accordance with the requirements of Telenor d.o.o.
  • Promotes and provides information about Telenor Bank services.
  • Acts as an intermediary between Telenor Bank and its clients when entering into service agreements offered by Telenor Bank through Employer.
  • Checks the identity of Telenor Bank's clients before acting as an intermediary when entering into banking service agreements, in a manner provided for under the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing.
  • Collects, completes and discharges all documentation necessary to create Telenor Bank client files in accordance with the internal documents

For the good start, you will need:

  • Minimum High School degree
  • Excellent Sales and Customer Care Skills
  • Experience in sales or customer care is desirable
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good English language skill
  • Result driven motivation
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekend, holidays as needed
  • Ability to end paperwork completely accurately and set deadlines
