Scrum Masters ensure the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules. The Scrum Master is a servant-leader for the Scrum Team. As a Junior Scrum Master you will engage deeply with one or more product development teams as a servant-leader to build team cohesion, facilitate team interactions, and cultivate continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate hired into this position should have the following key skills /experience:► Successfully completed a technical university degree or proof of relevant technical background ► Previous experience in a project, product in a software development environment will be considered as an advantage. ► Fast comprehension and flexibility to quickly learn new topics ► Knowledge of .NET framework 2.0 and above – preferably ► Knowledge of Liferay development – preferably ► Knowledge of HTML  or HTML 5 is mandatory

► Knowledge of JIRA or any other Agile tools – preferably ► Excellent communication skills ► Strong organizational and client management skills ► Previous Experience within Agile (Scrum) organization is plus ► Excellent and proficient usage of English language is must. German, Russian and other European language will be considered as an advantage.

Responsibilities: ► Support the team for the delivery of a defined backlog and support ensuring that all standard Agile practices are followed ► Supporting and helping the team remove obstacles and problems (“impediments") ► Reporting of key and complex issues and progress as they arise and recommend options for resolution ► Support facilitation of all of the key Scrum framework meetings ► Contributing to the co-ordination of design, solution architecture, quality assurance, implementation and release activities in support of products ► Support close cooperation across all roles and functions within team, facilitates interactions within the Team and between the Team and the Customer, ► Helping the Team and the Customer to improve the effectiveness of their practices and to face and resolve difficult or uncomfortable issues ► Working with other teams (internal) to ensure the highest possible quality of service and delivery ► Will be ready to work and travel 50 - 70% of working time to support our developing activates in Stuttgart, Germany and other locations around the world in first two years.
