The consortium is currently recruiting the following expert:
Junior Short Term Expert
(1 position for 40 working days)
The expert is expected to meet the following minimum requirements:
Qualification and skills
- University degree in law, economy, political or organizational sciences or other relevant university degree
General professional experience
- At least 5 years of general experience
Specific professional experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with drafting strategic development plans, action plans, human resources development plans, codices of ethics and other strategic documents to be applied in the administrative agencies
The tasks of the Experts will be to:
Work with the team leader supporting him in the activities of the project, which include drafting of the following documents:
- Questionnaire on human resources drafted and submitted to the CPC
- Draft amended Gap analysis of the current CPC organization, internal communication and efficiency
- Draft Strategic Development Plan for the period October 2015-December 2019
- Draft Action Plan to the Strategic Development Plan for the period October 2015-December 2019
- Draft Human Resource Development Plan
- Draft Code of Ethics
- Comprehensive presentation on the Draft Strategic Development Plan and Action Plan
- Comprehensive training (presentation) on the Code of Ethics
- The tasks of the expert will be specified in his/her specific ToR
The expert will have to be approved by the EUD; he/she will start with the tasks only aftre the relevant EUD approval.
Note that civil servants and other staff of the public administration of Serbia cannot be recruited as experts.
