Responsibilities:

Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications and requirements for truck driver positions, ensuring alignment with our high standards of safety and professionalism.

Communication and Engagement: Engage with candidates via phone, email, or in person, providing prompt and courteous responses, scheduling interviews, and delivering a positive candidate experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Interview Support: Collaborate with senior recruiters during candidate interviews, actively participating by taking notes, asking relevant questions, and assessing candidates' communication and interpersonal skills, contributing to the evaluation process.

Qualifications:
