Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of sales targets – acquisition of Key Accounts providing adequate long-term strategic business relations and improve relevant retailers’ knowledge and expertise
- Working with project team launch of Serbia, finance and legal team to carry out commercial and contractual negotiations with accounts
- Develop Key Account plans and ensure targets are precisely measurable and achieved
- Monitor and manage debt level of assigned accounts and minimise bad debt exposure
- Follow up on competitors and industry trends
- Work on providing field services during set-up phase and later-on support executive team to coordinate and deliver store level objectives
- Work with IT team and Field Manager to plan and deliver installation and training of operative solutions in store
- Working in conjunction with service Product Management team to set-up adequate service point network and train service providing agents
- Business Statistics analysis, presentation, discussion and action with Store Managers on a regular basis for key stores
- Develop and execute action plans and store visits in line with company segmentation model
- Accurate use of CRM to plan, record and report account specific activity
Requirements:
- 4-5 years’ experience of account management ideally in the FMCG, retail or financial services
- Excellent understanding of key sales and business drivers in consumer goods industry
- Profound market acquaintance, possessing relevant contact network and up-to date information
- Affinity for fashion and luxury industry trends
- Competent user of Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications
- Fluency in English, a possessor of clean and valid driving license
