Key Account Manager

Kragujevac

POSITION:

• This position consists of being the primary contact for managing the relationship with a portfolio of clients. This main responsibility is developing client satisfaction and introducing them to SCGM’s solutions and services. The Key Account will be working with high-level executives to get their feedback and maximize the benefits they receive from SCGM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers
• Respond to all customer inquiries (via E-mail or phone)
• Interact with clients in identifying problems and finding appropriate solutions (via E-mail or phone)
• Reach or exceed assigned sales goals
• Research key customer wants and needs
• Serve as a contact point for key customers and internal teams
• Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology, and product delivery
• Research and source new potential clients
• Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
• Create reports for upper management
• Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
• Anticipating key account changes and improvements
• Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
• Strategic planning to improve client results
• Working with design, sales team, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs to be met
• Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management

IF YOU SEE YOURSELF DOING THESE ACTIVITIES THEN YOU PROBABLY HAVE:

• Verbal and written fluency in English and German required
• Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills
• 2+ years of relevant experience as Sales, Account Manager or Key Account
• Strong understanding of Mechanical engineering, Finance, and Sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and full professional proficiency in written & spoken English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem solve
• Mature and self-confident with the ability to work under pressure
• Enthusiasm, energy, and ability to expand the market with our customers
• Detail-oriented and experience with CRM software
• Ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
