We are looking for a:
L2 Support Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive incident resolution and own root cause analysis (Incident Management/Problem Management Processes
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve production issues
- Co-ordinate with internal teams for improvements and monitoring requirements
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Manage several open issues at one time and Prioritize
- Provide on-call support over weekend/holidays for blocking incidents
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on experience in Production / Application Support.
- Excellent analytical & troubleshooting skills required.
- Working with ITSM tools (like Service now or JIRA)
