Laboratory (Test) Engineer

Plans, sets and carries out functional tests according to customer and internal specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Plans and sets various Lab test activities according to test
• Carries out functional tests according to customer and internal DVPs/ specifications incl. analysis and documentation in reports and database
• Cooperates with EMEA Engineering and Test Lab Teams
• Ensures operational safety, process excellence, calibration/maintenance of test equipment and certification audits
• Monitors results, including plausibility checks and interprets the results
• Participates in continuous improvement of test equipment, defines procedures and work flow
• Plans and monitors test budget and costs

Your Profile:

• University degree in Technical sciences
• Knowledge in automotive testing methods and testing techniques, including the evaluation of test results is advantage
• Good MS Office experience
• Test specific software experience is beneficial
• Fluent English skills
• Flexibility, reliability and the ability to work in a team
• Ambitious, self-driven and socially competent with excellent communications and relationship building skills
