A renowned international company in automobile industry is looking for position in Sremska Mitrovica:

PRODUCTION MANAGER


 Duties and responsibilities:

  • To ensure proper operation of production and to establish and control interactive flow at work units
  • To record any deficiencies
  • To determine and manage the detailed data collection, and to perform the following analysis:
    • work efficiency of staff
    • efficiency of resources
    • quality improvement
  • Assessment and implementation of safety norms
  • Continuous analysis of the needs of the departments within the factory in terms of space, resources, lay-out and staff, implementation of actions to improve and finding solutions
  • To coordinate with the logistics for production planning and making changes
  • To coordinate with the quality regarding process problems and improve product quality
  • To coordinate with the maintenance for problems within the production lines and production of new products


Skills
:

  • University degree of technical orientation (mechanical, electrical, technology)
  • Leadership skills
  • Good comunication skills
  • Advanced PC skills (MS Office, SAP)
  • Work experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
  • Awareness of the importance of quality in the company
  • Knowledge of English or Italian language
