We are seeking a motivated candidate to fill the role of:

Director Customer Order Process

Our customer service organization has grown tremendously over the last few years, with no end in sight. Therefore, we must take our organization to a completely new level, integrating our teams of hundreds of employees across our international customer service locations, while in parallel changing the way we serve customers effectively and efficiently. For this challenge, we are looking for an experienced leader who will make this change reality and take our employees along on the journey. Operationally, this newly created role will be fully responsible for all aspects of customer service contacts from checkout to delivery.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Your responsibility covers all customer service teams focused on checkout, payments, post-order changes, and deliveries across our Swiss and international businesses
  • You develop strategies to optimize cross-country customer process solutions
  • You are the point of contact for other departments concerning change and optimization of the checkout to delivery customer processes departments
  • You collect and analyze customer insights to discover potential according to user-oriented and economical aspects, to substantiate hypotheses and to make recommendations for action
  • You work closely with our Product Development and Software Engineering teams on mitigation of customer issues and automating customer service processes
  • You report directly to the Global Head of Customer Service

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have a proven track record of leading sizable teams through a major change, preferably in an international setup
  • You are passionate about customer happiness and ideally come with experience in customer loyalty / customer service roles
  • You engage and support your teams in shaping an exciting future together and in making it a reality
  • You love creating new processes, structures and opportunities for improved effectiveness and efficiency
  • You are a humble, entrepreneurial, and optimistic personality who communicates on eye-level across all levels of the organization
  • While you come with a lot of experience, you are a curious learner who naturally reassesses both own beliefs and the ones of the organization
  • Besides English, you ideally speak German. French and Italian are a plus
