Leadership Development Manager

Role:

• The role of Leadership Development Manager is to deliver the results through the training and motivating sales structures in the assigned region

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing business in the assigned region
• Responsible for analysing market trends and competition in the assigned territory
• Analysis and monitoring of sales results
• Preparation and conduction of business trainings
• Implementation of training programs accordingly to the needs of sales structures in the region
• Motivating a group of employees, supervise their work, ability to give feedback
• Effective cooperation with representatives of other departments

Your profile:

• Minimum University degree
• Minimum 3-years’ experience direct sales organization or FMCG
• Experience in creating and leading trainings will be an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage the work of a big group
• Flexible attitude to problem solving
• Good work organization - ability to work under time pressure.
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Active driving license – ready to travel extensively
• Active knowledge of English
