Qualification/Profile:

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Technology, Electronics etc.)
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing / production environment
• Excellent English language skills
• High level computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and social skills
• Able to work with management and employees at all levels
• Able to work as a team player as well as individually
• Able to perceive details, understand the processes and produces solutions
• Persisting and systematic in implementation of changes
• Training in Six Sigma tools is a plus
• Proven project management, organization and Lean-Sigma skills specifically applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies encompassing FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis), DMAIC (Design-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control), COPQ (Cost Of Poor Quality) and DFSS (Design For Six Sigma)

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates continuous improvement activities
• Assesses and reports on plant progress to keep implementation on track
• Provides that the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyses, Improve, Control) are used as the primary method of continuous development  
• Uses Lean Sigma tools and methods to reduce losses and variation
• Trains employees at all levels of the philosophy of continuous improvement
• Detects potential problems, plannes solutions and effectively executes the change
• Provides the progress of the projects, good communication with all participants in the project
• Manages the implementation of 5S
• Responible for the organization of Kaizen Blitz events
• Monitors and reports on all savings, OEE and Lean activities on a monthly basis
• Facilitates the development, follow through and adjustment of a strategy plan for the site
• Works closely with other Lean Leaders to identify opportunities for Best Practices within the facility and with other sites
