POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Field Service Engineer
POSITION REPORTS TO: Technical Director

POSITION SUMMARY:
The field technician has to be a motivated, self-starter who can assist Lectra Customers onsite. We require an organized individual with strong technical and trouble-shooting skills and a thorough knowledge of PC hardware, software and peripherals, who is familiar with network, Databases and Internet technologies.
This position requires direct customer contact and strong verbal and written communication skills in Serbian and English. Travelling required mainly in Serbia, Macedonia and Bosnia. Lectra will offer a neutral company car (also for private use), a mobile phone, a Laptop and all other necessary tools.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contacting customers to resolve issues onside or by phone
- Trouble-shoot and isolate problems between OS and Lectra proprietary software
- installation of Lectra software and hardware (CAM / CAD i.e. plotter, cutter)
- Able to install, trouble-shoot and isolate problems with peripherals
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Driving licence
- Knowledge in: Windows, Network, Internet, PC and Peripherals
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Windows XP, 2000 and 2003,
- Knowledge of Network (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Internet)
- verbal and written skills in Serbian/Croatian and English
- Mechanical experience
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Travel: Up to 100%
- This position is based in Serbia, preferably on south of the country.
