HR Manager (4th location – Kraljevo)

Your challenge:

• Project core team member responsible for smooth and sustainable ramp up of new factory
• Local HR team member reporting functionally and disciplinary to Head of HR Serbia and building constructive relationship with local HR team
• Site management team member
• Ensures HRM concepts are implemented on time with the right quality
• Provides regular reports on project status to relevant stakeholders
• Implements local HR processes and procedures on site to be in accordance with QM standards and local HR strategy and guidelines
• Constantly optimizes HR processes
• Leads and develops HR team on site in Kraljevo (HR Recruitment, Training and Administration team)
• Sets and monitors department targets
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with local authorities

 Your qualifications:

• University degree
• Sound professional experience of min 3 years in the field, preferable HR Business Partner, HR Operations
• Leadership experience of min 2 years
• Experience in ramping up the plant
• Project management experience (preferable)
• Solid business awareness and local Labor Law knowledge
• Strong command of English knowledge
• Advanced MS Office user (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented
• Customer oriented approach
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Analytic and systematic approach
• Assertiveness, solid negotiation skills
