Your tasks as Logistics Manager

• Responsible for logistics process in the plant (production and material planning, warehouse, freight and customs).
• Creates, sets up and improves the processes and procedures of logistics activities; Sets and monitors performance indicators of logistics processes;
• Monitors the client's needs and organizes timely deliveries of finished products;
• Plans and organizes flows of materials, packaging and finished products to ensure continuous production, in accordance with customer requirements;
• Sets up and improves warehousing system in accordance with the standards of the automotive industry;
• Organizes customs procedures and data during import and export in accordance with the Law;
• Develops, trains and motivates employees in the team in order to achieve maximum performance;
• Cooperates with other departments in order to integrate logistics with other business processes in the company;
• Provides contracts with suppliers of materials, buyers of goods and services related to logistics
• Evaluates suppliers and services related to logistics
• Follows established rules of the 4S system
• Follows established rules of the standard IATF 16949
• It is essential that this role maintains strong customer relationships and a high level of customers’ satisfaction ensuring an optimization of costs.
• Reports to the Technical Director regarding all issues in Logistics department.

Required qualifications:

• University degree VII degree
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (specifically MS Excel)
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, PLEX…
• Knowledge of the flow of materials - Kanban System
• Creativity and analytical thinking
• Structured and systematic approach
• Team player
• Standards: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Driver's license B category
• Preferred experience in the same or similar jobs
