The role:
As the Logistics & Customer Support Administrator of our team in Serbia for ELTON GROUP, you will have a leading role in the exceptional customer service experience we provide to our customers through orders’ management, invoicing and shipment of goods.
A strong desire to provide accurate, timely, reliable & cost effective order delivery to our customers in accordance with the ELTON GROUP policies and procedures is important in this role.
Your qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position processing & invoicing orders
- University Degree in Logistics or in Supply Chain will be a plus
- Proven experience in customer orders processing, invoicing operations, transport & delivery of goods, and inventory & stock control management
- Good knowledge and experience of ERP software. The knowledge of PANTHEON will be considered advantage
- Familiarity with warehouse computer systems (WMS, RF Scanners etc.) will be a plus
- Very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
- Good knowledge of the English language
