On behalf of our client, successful international production company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:

Logistics Manager 

Location: South Serbia

Main responsibilities:

• Strategically planning and managing all logistics services in the plant;
• Monitoring product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements;
• Resolving problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues;
• Recommending optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency;
• Communicating and negotiating with suppliers and customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability;
• Resolving any arising problems or complaints related to logistics services;
• Collaborating with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems and processes, such as sales, order management, accounting, or shipping;
• Maintaining metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.

Requirements:

• University degree;
• Minimum 5 years of experience on similar roles in automotive industry;
• Strong leadership and managerial skills;
• Excellent problem solving and organisational skills;
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects;
• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken;
• PC literacy and knowledge of SAP.
