Maintenance Team Leader

► Quick reaction in case of breakdowns with analysis of root cause and provision of quick repair
► Track of KPI's MTTR and corrective maintenance costs
► Creation of maintenance plan based on supplier input and own maintenance experience
► Tracking and documentation of performance indicators
► Collaboration with production to eliminate technical bottlenecks
► Update of preventive maintenance plans based on feedback from corrective maintenance
► Reduction of maintenance costs and increase of availability of production machine and equipment
► Management of spare parts storage to ensure availability in case of need and their optimization
► Responsibility for tool shop and maintenance of tools making sure they are available on demand
► Responsibility for competence of his personnel
► College or University degree (Mechanical or similar)
► Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
► Good communication skills
► Good problem solving skills
► English language knowledge both written and spoken
