We are looking for:

Manager of Acquisition Accounts

Belgrade

Key responsibilities:

Developing strategy, tactics and sales plans:

  • Accountable for short and long term sales strategy development & implementation
  • Penetration of non-Telenor customers with all product lines offered by Telenor
  • Develop, execute & align account acquisition plans on a regular basis
  • Budget & operational responsibility

Delivering sales results:

  • Meet/exceed voice and data related targets
  • Focus on profitability and revenues maximisation
  • Proactively seek opportunities to sell the entire suite of services to satisfy real customer needs
  • Act in an executive manner representing Telenor at multiple functions, press related events and shows, in line with company directions, values and goals

Ensuring internal support:

  • Segment Manager and other internal departments to ensure the needs of the customers (and channel) are being met and aligned with strategic and tactical initiatives within Telenor including solution development, go-to-market strategy, training, collateral & sales tools, CRM/lead/funnel/Bid management
  • Evaluate operational and process flow and implement or actively propose improvements with process owners
  • Be accountable for justified escalation of offers to higher levels of approval

Ensuring team performance:

  • Build a team that exceeds all client expectations by:
    • developing people, processes and systems to deliver in an operational efficient and productive manner
    • ensuring that client information collected is accurate and properly analysed
    • ensuring that team uses the latest sales methodology as well as all other trainings provided, in their daily customer conduct
  • Effectively manage the team performance in order to achieve team and individual objectives by:
    • Setting performance objectives and development plans for each of the direct reports;
    • Conducting regular performance review meetings & offering feedback in writing;
    • Providing coaching for each direct report to achieve higher performance;
    • Planning professional development and monitor progress against objectives;
    • Ensuring appropriate staffing actions;
    • Ensuring that team members are fully compliant with internal regulations, processes & marketing guidelines;
    • Running detailed account review meetings regularly.
    • Act as first escalation level and resolve as quickly as possible potential complex issues.

For the good start you will need:

  • University degree
  • Preferable 3-5-years in direct management of sales teams
  • Knowledge of Telecommunications industry preferred
  • Excellent understanding of local market, trends and competition
  • Fluent knowledge of English (Written & Verbal) is required
  • Proficiency with MS Office is essential
  • Valid driver’s license
