MANAGER OF ADMINISTRATION
Should support the build-up, operation and further development of its newly created Excellence Center in Belgrade, Serbia.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the Serbian entity, the Manager of Administration will assume executive responsibilities for managing and controlling SR Technics’ global administrative processes performed by the team.
Your tasks:
You oversee a growing team of professionals in one of the largest Excellence Centers within the aircraft maintenance sector, providing shared services to SR Technics’ global organization. In this role you will work closely with SR Technics Head Quarter to assure a reliable day-to-day operation as well as to optimize and expand the relevant services offerings as well as its organizational set-up.
This will include following responsibilities:
Coordination and Supervision
- Act as the primary liaison with IT, Finance, HR and Commercial departments in the management and tracking of services, monitoring of progress towards KPIs and Service Levels, identifying inefficiencies in workflows as well as develop and implement improvement measures
- Ensure, that all internal processes are adequately implemented and complied with, that all process controls are being performed and that evidence of the control being performed exists for audit purposes
- Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures
Best Practice and Optimization
- Develop an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team; coordinate and communicate between the various stakeholders and internal customers
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the current processes by leveraging the scope and scale of a common enterprise world class processes and enabling systems
Human Resources Management
- Oversee all staff providing administrative shared services to IT, Finance, HR and Commercial
- Work with Human Resources staff to recruit, interview, select, hire and employ an appropriate number of employees
- Coach, mentor and develop staff; oversee new employee onboarding and provide career development planning and opportunities
- Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality and goal accomplishment and provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards and disciplinary action
- Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals; delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback
- Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the organization
Your profile:
To fulfill this position successfully, your qualifications must include:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is required. Master’s degree preferred
- 8-10 Years prior operational management and project management experience leading the design and implementation of service delivery models for complex multinational businesses
- Good exposure to start-up operations
- Excellent English, spoken and written
- Possess excellent project management, problem solving, team building, and consensus building skills
- High quality mindset and sense of responsibility
- Independent and proactive working, creative, and a team player
