The group is engaged in wholesale and retail trade in spare parts for trucks, semi-trailers, trailers and buses.

Today the Group is one of the leading trucks spare parts distributors in the Central and Eastern European market.
In 2015 SKUBA GROUP is going to set up the company in Serbia, therefore we are looking for our first local team member:
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Work place: Belgrad, Serbia
Main tasks:
- to establish and develop retail/wholesale business of trucks aftermarket parts, boost sales and establish branches in all over Serbia
- in the very beginning a person will be employed at SKUBA (Lithuania) as a Business Development Manager for Serbia. He will analyze the model of our business activity, get acquainted with our products and our internal e-system at the main SKUBA GROUP office (Vilnius, Lithuania). Later on CEO will visit our companies in neighbouring countries (Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary and Croatia)
- during the first 3 months Business Development Manager for Serbia will work individually at a home-based office: he will present the company on the Serbian market, develop sales to potential customers (dealers and resellers of spare parts, workshops and transport companies). All necessary IT work tools will be provided. Goods will be ordered from the central warehouse (Vilnius) and delivered directly to customers in Serbia
- upon successful completion of the probation period, the selected candidate will assume the position of Managing Director and be authorised to establish our daughter company SKUBA SERBIA. He will have to rent premises, form initial stock and employ initial staff for the first branch (an accountant, active sales representatives, technical consultants and warehouse employees)
- after reaching the break-even point, Managing Director will have to develop the company in all country by establishing branches all over Serbia in the largest cities
Requirements:
- experience in establishing, developing and managing companies or departments
- experience in wholesale and retail business (trucks aftermarket business would be considered as a plus)
- experience in active sales
- native Serbian and good English (as English is the language of the group)
- degree in technical sciences, economics or business management
- good management, sales and communication skills
- analytical thinking, flexibility and responsibility
