Manpower, a global leader in the employment services industry is currently looking for a new candidate to become a part of the team of one our clients – operating in Production/Sales of radiators, boilers and accessories

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description:
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
- Prepare and cooperate in drafting presentations, technical documents
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
- Establish and maintain current clients and potential client relationships (CRM)
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
- Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
- To suggest, set up and hold technical training courses for the customers
- Ensure sales target set for each customer
- Cooperate with Area Manager to achieve SELL-IN targets
- Promote and increase sales by the importer
- Support the importer’s sales structure
- Supervise price policy
- Participation in exhibitions
- Organize visits with installers
Working rout: Full time
Requirements:
- Education: University degree preferable, technical background, specialty: Engineering recommended
- Professional experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales position and experience in our or related sector
- Language skills: Good/Fluent English, Italian preferable
- Computer skills: expert user Windows, Office
- Clean driving license
