On behalf of our client, we are seeking:
- Belgrade –
- To conduct all necessary activities for the acquisition of new clients and their retention
- To maintain and develop long-term relationship with existing clients
- Sales team development
- Sales tactics and strategy
- Weekly /monthly sales calls and day to day activities towards top customers
- 70% of time spent with clients in field
- New business development with customers leveraging company’s POD
- Reporting to other Department Heads and GM

- Proven sales experience of minimum 5 years of direct sales within B2B environment, preferably in FMCG area
- Minimum 3+ years management & leadership experience
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Sales Target oriented
- Proven ability to organize a sales area
- Proven ability to cope with strong competition
- Ability to cope with stress and to work in a changing and demanding environment

- Ability to multitask
