Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve the efficiency and productivity of production lines
- Continuously improve manufacturing processes and equipment
- Provide optimization, planning and budgeting of new technical resources and material flows
- Monitor and plan capacity
- Create layouts, work plans, time recordings
- Plan, implement and optimize projects
- Perform validation and qualification of new processes
- Conduct tests in the production line
- Participate in the overall product development
- Provide technical support (internal and external)
- Ensure equipment reliability
- Ensure realization of production plans (supplies, equipment, tools)
- Responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the technical documentation needed for smooth running of the production process
- Solve all problems related to industrialization and optimization of technical users (lathe, milling machine, quality control) and tools that can help improving the production
- Monitor compliance with internal regulations regarding products’ and services’ quality and safety
Required Education & Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree – electrical or mechanical engineering
- 2+ years of experience in production
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time management and organization
- Result oriented
- Active user of MS Office
- Strong command of English
