Marketing Assistant

Requirements:

• Education: University degree (Economy, Management, Psychology, Philology)
• Minimum 2 year of commercial (marketing, sales, trade marketing) experience
• English– fluent, excellent writing & reading
• Good knowledge of numbers, analytical & problem solving skills, very good command of Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Driver’s license

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Assisting Group Brand Manager in:
• General administration jobs (follow up invoices, managing PRs and Pos in SAP, organizing and coordinating meetings, making minutes and follow up)
• Budget control (follow up, SAP handling, regular contacts with Finance and Purchasing department)
• Preparing analysis on brand performance: volume performance, distribution performance, pricing, brand health parameters, brand profitability, media indicators, competitive activities, ad hoc analyses for specific project purposes, with purpose to support Brand Strategy and Activation development and execution
• Package changes – coordinating with creative agency and getting approval from all relevant departments and sending to Purchasing/Suppliers
• POS development – after Key visual approval – follow up with agencies on application on different POS materials and sending final artworks to Purchasing Department/Trade Marketing/Suppliers
• Coordinates ATL assets formatting and delivery with creative and media agencies, together with preparing all administration relevant for media providers (e.g. declaration)
• Coordinates owned Digital media with agency, takes care of Brand’s on line assets (web page, Facebook, Instagram, twitter…)
• Coordinates event/promotion execution and follow up with BTL/Event agency
• Coordinates PR activities with PR agency
• Independently handling some projects: smaller projects
