Marketing Content Manager

Hub 315 is a recent establish full service e-commerce company based in the central part of Belgrade, Knez Mihajlova street. We manage and operate e-commerce brands based in Ireland and UK within Modern Design Furniture and Health.
As a Marketing and Content Executive, you manage and develop our content onsite and offsite in several languages. You work closely with our SEO Manager and our Website Coordinator. Together you coordinate with language freelancers or create your own team of language marketing interns, in order to ensure the content is representative on several languages.
You write for sale, but most important for SEO. You love design and are curious about online health. Your success is measured in cvr and relevant traffic.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of content onsite for both our design brand and health brand
- Increase on site time spent through improving customers engagement.
- Make sure all customers find the information they are looking for online
- Improve retention email.
- Analyse user experience in GA, Inspectlet - identify and make changes.
- Responsible for ensuring the content are within legal frameworks
Skills:
- English writing skills as native level (all communications is in writing English)
- Has a strong understanding of eCommerce landscape and an opinion of this important space
- + 2 Years proven experience in content marketing creation
- + 1 Years proven experience in SEO
- + 1 Year proven experience from an ecommerce company
- Interest in self development
- Entrepreneurial - a creative mindset is important for us
- Good experience in Google Analytics
- Strong people skills
- Love to write
