Position:

Marketing Manager

Reporting to: Higher level executive (we should define)

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising activities
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials and promotional briefs
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
• Monitoring a campaign's progress
• Compiling marketing strategies
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
• Expand and develop marketing platforms including social media platforms
• Creating texts and articles
• Creating necessary reports

Experience:

• Previous work experience (minimum three years 3 to 5 years) experience as a marketing manager, sales manager or public relations manager
• Experience in developing and managing marketing activities and processes
• Relevant product and industry knowledge would be an advantage
• Digital marketing skills would be considered as desirable
• Experience in international company would be an advantage

Skills:

• Fluency in English language,
• Computer literacy - MS Office package,
• Excellent  written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

Conditions:

• 5 days, 40 hours a week
• Office: Belgrade
• Business travel – Serbia and Balkan countries
