We are looking for a Marketing Manager that will lead our two teams working on inbound and outbound marketing. We are looking for someone that has already had experience with building the authority voice of a brand. You do not have to be a jack of all trades since we have team members or external vendors who cover certain specialties such as: a. Content Production, b. Social Media Management, c. Website / Conversion Pages d. Email and Lead Nurturing e. Marketing Automation f. SEO - but you do have to have passion for optimization and innovation, and be able to manage a bigger team. We have a playbook in place that will help you but it is on you to continually improve the processes and strive towards stepping out of the comfort zone of playbooks and guidelines.

Position Purpose:
- Developing and managing the implementation of Inbound Marketing strategy
- Understanding and promoting the brand by promoting the values and building company culture within the company and the community
- Supporting sales efforts through content production
Activities:
- Developing and implementing marketing (inbound and outbound) strategies and tactics to boost the company’s brand and drive sales.
- Manage Marketing Tech Coordinator and Content Coordinator in their efforts to support Inside Sales team
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Oversee and approve marketing material, white papers, and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Measure and report (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) on the performance of marketing activities
- Set quarterly initiatives from design to implementation and reporting at the end of each.
Requirements:
- Highly proficient in English with a bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in marketing for a service company / preferably tech
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork
- Previous managerial experience
