Marketing Manager
Location: Belgrade
Due to expansion of our Office in Belgrade, and regional activities we are seeking a permanent position.
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
The Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting in developing and executing a proactive, effective and integrated marketing strategy that encompasses all marketing channels and opportunities on a national and regional level for Karisma Hotels & Resorts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing & analyzing website performance and digital marketing campaign performance across all paid, earned, and owned media channels/assets
- Helps develop sales & marketing tools such as brochures, video, presentations & promotional materials
- Implements marketing strategies and performance-based media plans
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the marketing agency
- Work with the marketing agency to implement best practices to increase website traffic and maximize content consumption
- Manage the marketing needs of the sales team
- Provide analysis and timely reporting on marketing campaign effectiveness to the executive management
- Benchmark digital activities against those of our peers in the industry
- Support on email marketing activities
- Maintain digital media best practices, trends and tools
- Develop & manage relationships with outside vendors directly involved in physical advertising and printing
- Develop lead acquisition strategies
- Identify and recommend new ideas and enhancements for marketing processes, communications and customer experiences via online and offline
- Analyze and evaluate marketing results on a monthly basis to ensure objectives are met
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum three (5) years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising Experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Skill in composition and preparation of correspondence, reports, minutes and other written materials with accuracy and reasonable speed
- Ability to meet and deal effectively with senior management and co-workers. Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Must be detailed oriented, accurate and able to multitask
- Must have exceptional follow-up skills and be able to work independently
- Strong communications skills, written and verbal. Ability to communicate (read and write) effectively in a business environment in English Language
- Strong customer service ethics and practices
