Marketing Officer - Loyalty Insight

Essential Functions
- Oversee the analysis of the loyalty program and incorporate strategies based on analysis of data
- Create test and learn campaigns to gain better understanding of customer behavior
- Create campaigns that apply personalized messaging and integrate analytics, member preferences and knowledge of customer lifecycle
- Create contact strategies for member communications
- Develop strategies for acquisition of new loyalty members and engagement of current members
- Collaborate and take lead in resolving highly complex problems within scheduled time and recommends strategic changes as needed
- Conduct marketing measurement and ROI on promotions
- Research and recommend future Loyalty program developments
- Oversee creation and implementation of select program initiatives
- Ability to communicate in English in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
- Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in the segmentation of members to target with direct mail, email and SMS campaigns
- Ensure issues related to the loyalty program are tracked, prioritized and resolved
- Work closely with partners, the loyalty team, and others as needed to ensure that deadlines are met
- Work with the team on content and messaging for campaigns and promotions
- Supervise and manages execution of team projects as needed
- Get along well with others and act as a team player
Background and skills
- University Degree in Economy, Analytics or Marketing
- Data analysis and statistics knowledge
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, Power Query, Data Models)
- Highly focused, analytical and detail-oriented
- Marketing and retail experience is preferred
- Excellent command of English
