Marketing and Administrative Assistant (Fixed Term // Temporary Replacement)

Main Responsibilities

Marketing:

• Purchasing branded items for Hub Balkans
• Coordination with Logistics and respected departments about receiving and distribution for marketing items.
• Follow brand guidelines in all activities and ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
• Monitor distributors’ marketing activities per approved annual plan.
• Updating content through digital tools and platforms.
• Handling daily inquiries from customers through social media, website, and direct communication channels.
• Assistance in the organization and execution of various events.
• Regular competitor activities watch and analysis report update.
• Providing support in activities related to employees.

Administration:

• Providing full administrative support to all departments. 
• Managing office supplies stock and placing orders. 
• Manages day-to-day office tasks and ensures appropriate working office environment. 
• Receive, distribute, and store correspondence (e.g., letters, post, packages). 
• Support in organizing business trips (flight tickets, accommodation, etc.). 

Your profile

• Graduates, first or second job.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or economics.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and/or French.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Responsible, analytical, and well organized. 
• Open-minded, dynamic, and proactive who demonstrates enthusiastic approach to work.
• Ethics and Integrity: a strong commitment to ethical behavior and a high level of integrity are essential in this role, as this position is working in multinational company covering several countries including Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia.
