Marketing and Loyalty Specialist
Belgrade
As a Marketing and Loyalty Specialist, you will ensure harmonized implementation of marketing strategy and activities within loyalty program for MOL Serbia by contributing to constant performance and development of this business segment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operating implementation of marketing strategy.
- Coordinate all marketing activities: marketing communication, advertising, marketing campaigns...
- Propose marketing actions to the Loyalty Program Manager for promotion of different product groups. Ensure realization of actions, as well as their later evaluation.
- Actively participate in selection and evaluation of supplier performance, loyalty program catalogue and periodical order sending.
- Coordinate work of marketing agencies.
- Monitor transactions in operating system related to loyalty program.
- Cooperate with relevant offices involved in the loyalty program project – IT, Finances, Controlling etc. as well as with service stations.
Requirements and Candidate’s profile:
- University or College (6.1 or 6.2 level of qualification).
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Team player.
- 2 years working experience, minimum 1 years working experience in marketing.
- Work experience in/with the large systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of database management and development a loyalty program.
- Knowledge of the retail market in Serbia, principles and processes in retail.
- An advanced level of knowledge of financial/economic analysis and reporting.
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- English: advanced.
