Due to support their business expansion, we are searching for motivated candidates for position based in production unit in Loznica:
Material Analyst
The role:
- Receiving, handling and processing orders from customers by making a detail production plan on weekly basis
- Cooperating with the production sector in order to coordinate customer's requirements and the capacities and possibilities of production
- Making analyses of current compared with the previous request, in the case of overstepping the threshold of flexibility
- Making analysis of customers long-term requests and providing on the monthly basis information on the trends of all internally affected structures
- Implementing detailed production plan made in software application, reporting on current deviations, creating and implementing corrective action to achieve the plan
- Monitoring and communicating information from the customer`s electronic order system to production, by entering the data in database
- Creating and updating the PP Master file and at the same time tracking the stock of materials
- Preparing the export, customer delivery, creating orders of materials, sending orders to suppliers, spare part delivery
- Monitoring stock level of finished products
- Creating daily and weekly plans, reports on accomplishments of the plans
- Initiating needs for capacity changes according to customer requirements
The successful applicant:
- 3 years of relevant experience in production environment
- University degree
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Capable to work independently, flexible, self-motivated, taking initiatives and drive for results
- Able to manage and focus on multiple priorities within a complex environment
- Team-player with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and data processing skills
- Problem - solving skill
- Reliable and trustworthy
