We help our clients to create and implement digital business models and solutions by using IoT (Internet-of-Things) platforms, technologies and services. Many of our clients are worldwide leaders in the industry and commonly recognizable brands.
For us, this is a period of new challenges and growth. We are excited to add even more value to our clients and in-house built products. Therefore we would like to expand our Belgrade office, with a MindSphere Administrational Support Agent.
Environment and Responsibilities
- Be part of a growing modern IT company
- As a MindSphere Support Center (MSC) agent, you will support Siemens MindSphere partners by phone and e-mail in the following areas:
- Answering contract questions/adjustment requests
- Helping by access issues to Salesforce/Partner Portal/ Marketing Center
- General MindSphere understanding
- Pricing, access plans, capabilities
- Program benefits & requirements
- Guiding through partner portal functionalities
- Training booking & participation (general process how to order)
Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree would be an advantage (technical or business)
- English (C1 or higher) and German (B2 or higher)
- Experience in customer relations
- Affinity to digital technology and digital business topics
- Communicative, stress resistant, fast-learning, efficient, articulate
- Good organizing skills and team spirit
