Mold Repairer

Responsibilities:

• Daily maintenance of molds according to the die-casting production plan (meeting the production requirements, process regulations and inspection standards);
• Correct use and regular maintenance and inspection of mold repair equipment according to the die-casting production plan;
• Tracking and recording the use and production of molds, finding problems in time and taking improvement measures;
• Recording mold maintenance and reparation of spare parts in a timely manner;
• Strictly implementing company regulations of parts collection and storage, and properly recording and keeping the mold parts;
• Strictly abide by the "5S" management requirements, keep the site clean and safe, and do a good job in the management of fixture placement.

Requirements:

• More than three years of experience in die-casting mold maintenance or production;
• High school or above;
• Fluency in English;
• Able to read drawings and use measuring tools;
• Knowledge and understanding of die-casting mold structure and die-casting mold manufacturing process;
• Proficiency in the use of mold repair equipment, such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, etc.;
• Proficient in using argon arc welding, coating machine, electric welding, etc. (having special work permit for selected tasks is preferred).
