Valuation Consultant

Job description:

• Preparation of property valuation reports
• Analysis of property transactions
• Field and desktop research
• Updating the property database
• Preparation offers and other communication
• Preparation of market reports, feasibility studies and best-use concepts

Requirements:

• University degree in business administration, accounting or auditing
• At least one year experience in property valuation
• Knowledge of RICS valuation standards
• Reliability, high work motivation and cultivated appearance
• Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English, German is a plus
• PC literacy is a must
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an international environment
