Due to continuous expansion Hyperoptic are hiring for a Network Maintenance Coordinator who goes beyond the expected. We believe in working smarter together, whilst our teams stay focused and people passionately strive for excellence. Does this sound like you?

What will you be doing?

• Create a record for maintenance activity immediately after getting information about planned work
• Keep the records up to date with any change that takes place
• Participate and influence industry forums and discussions on planned engineering work
• Work with 3rd parties to understand their best practice
• Receive and evaluate requests from 3rd parties. Challenge where appropriate. Schedule where appropriate
• Run regular calls and meets with all internal and 3rd parties to co-ordinate planned maintenance activities as best as possible

• Excellent written & spoken English language skills
• Interest in ISP and Internet technology
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business
• Good analytical skills & attention to details
• Good influence and negotiation skills
• Proactive & free to assert their own initiative
• Responsible, reliable, diligent & persistent
• Dedicated to continuous learning
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals would be desirable
