Chief Finance Officer
ORIS Creative Solutions Inc. is an Executive Search and Recruitment services
company. We are looking for a
Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
for a permanent position with our client
in central Vojvodina.
This is a key executive position reporting to the Managing Director.
The CFO will be responsible for:
- strategic leadership of Finance, including revenue and sales growth
- expense, cost and margin control
- and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management
The CFO oversees daily operations of the finance department :
- and provides leadership and coordination in the administrative
- business planning
- accounting and budgeting efforts of the company
The CFO manages cash flow, banking relationships, budgets, financial forecasts and analysis, and interacts closely with the company business leaders to develop annual business plans and make recommendations.
Key Measurements:
- Financial planning
- Budget creating
- Financial control and control of the accounting
- Monitoring of cash flow and making of the Balance sheet
- Coordination and making of Profit and Loss Statement
- Control and monitoring of all tax issues
Management reports to the
Company's direction in London
upon approval of Managing Director:
- Maintaining and creating of new contacts with banks
- Creating and maintaining of relations with audit companies and other business advisors
- Maintaining of relations with engaged law offices
- Maintaining of relations with government institutions
- Control and monitoring of all financial issues supervising of complete production flow
- Stock control
Monitoring of stocks and directing attention to their extent
Career Development:
- Critical role within the business will be expected to contribute the wider success of the business
- The responsibilities of position will develop organically as our client business

- could eventually lead to the MD Role
