About the position:

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant/HR to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Personal Requirements:

  • First and most important we are looking for a decent and respectful person who strives to learn and grow, how personally, so and professionally, in order to be the best fit for a current team!
  • We are looking for exclusive style staff who will take care of the team members and maintain trusting relationships with colleagues.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Act as a reliable and supportive team member.
  • The Candidate must possess strong attention to detail/detail-oriented personality is a must!
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness for self improvement.
  • Ability to be self-driven and capacity to multitask and bring tasks to completion.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, 
  • grammar, and punctuation.
  • Must know English and be proficient in working with computers.
  • Experience is not important as long as you are willing to learn!

HR Part:

  • Provide administrative support for executives.
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires contracts and documentation, terminations, sick leaves, vacation and days off.
  • Help in payroll management, preparation and payment.
  • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
  • Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information.
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
  • Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
  • Answer telephone calls and provide needed information if necessary.
  • Create reports for senior management.
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments if necessary.

Taking care of Employees Part:

  • Help to keep the staff happy by all means.
  • Survey employees' happiness.
  • Help to improve Company Culture.
  • Coordinate with the departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
  • Event organization, Team Buildings, Employee Recognition Events, ...
  • Buying birthday presents or gift cards.
  • Buying random treats for the staff, pizza, donuts, gift cards, fitness cards, ...
  • Do not miss the anniversaries, waffle Wednesdays, employees big milestones, ...
  • Engage in educational opportunities as needed.
  • Employee recognition.
  • Help to build employee loyalty and build team values and morale.
