Office Assistant – (Translation / Localization)
Dosina Translation, a newly started and fast-growing Translation Agency is currently looking for a Office Assistant in our Translation / Localization department for our brand-new office in Beograd.

Dosina Translations – a fast-growing Translation and Localization company offering online services to a global clientele. The company specializes in language services covering the Nordic languages. We work closely with an extensive international network of professional highly qualified and certified linguists. We are currently looking for a smart, hardworking, motivated Office Assistant to join our team of dynamic, result-oriented employees.
Your role will include the following duties and responsibilities:
The candidate is primarily responsible for assisting the Management and the Translation and Localization Departments with their needs. This is a very diverse position, and may include anything from personal assistance, and organizing parties, to data entry work and assistance with recruitment.
Candidate must be organized, punctual, reliable, detail-oriented, and have a strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
Experience in the translation industry is a plus, and a third language is preferred but not required. Must be comfortable working independently as well as on a team, highly self-motivated, handle multiple tasks simultaneously with ease and be able to meet deadlines.
Your role will include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Administrative, personal and clerical duties for the management and all departments as needed
- Organize and plan events
- Perform receptionist tasks, answer and forward calls, manage incoming mail and e-mails
- Be the responsible contact person for suppliers
- Prepare meeting rooms, keep the office well-stocked, order supplies as needed
- Keeping our management system up-to-date and add/issue any incoming and outgoing purchase orders
- Help with recruitment and pre-screening as requested
- Arrange for interviews, meetings, and appointments as requested
- Assist the resource team with their daily needs – keeping recourse records up to date, data entry, completing forms
- Installing new software, arrange for computer maintenance
- Perform LSO and research
- Provide translation, interpreting and proofreading as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Communicate in a friendly and professional manner
- Fluency in English (both written and oral) and preferably other languages
- Previous experience working in an international environment
- Fast learner of new technologies and skills
- Ability to multi-task and to adjust/adapt to rapidly changing priorities and circumstances
- Knowledge of Translation Software's are beneficial – SDL Trados, MemoQ ++
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be highly motivated and self-directed
- PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) required
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree or similar in a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of several languages is a plus
- Experience within the translation and localization business is beneficial
- Solid computer experience with PC software applications including (but not limited to) MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Translation Memory Software (SDL Trados, MemoQ, etc.), Web-based ERP systems (translation portals) is beneficial
