OFFICE ASSISTANT
Belgrade
Required qualifications:
- University degree
- At least 1 year of experience on similar position
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Computer literacy: MS Office
Main responsibilities:
- Fulfill general administrative tasks and office management
- Responsible for business administration and communication with partners
- Organization of company events and meetings
- Organization of business trips (air ticket, accommodation)
- Entering expenses and preparing forms for posting invoices in SAP
- Entering new and modifying existing data on vendor database
- Creation and submission of quarterly transparency reports
- Preparation of materials for conferences, ordering promotional material
Candidate’s profile:
- Organized person with good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and demonstrate proactive approach
- Responsible, loyal and committed
