Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Providing an efficient and quality reception service and answer general queries by telephone, email or social media;
• Filling and checking forms and client documentation;
• Correspondence with partner institutions;
• Assisting in organizing company events;
• Delivering day-to-day administration function activities to facilitate the smooth running of office and field operations;
• Maintaining supply inventory;
• Creating Reports;
• Scheduling meetings and appointments.

Skills & Requirements:

• University Degree preferably in Linguistics, Economics, Business or Organizational Sciences;
• Knowledge of English is mandatory;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Warm personality with strong communication skills;
• Ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely;
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
• Attention to details and problem solving skills;
• Proactive, hardworking, efficient and able to work independently and as the part of a team;
• Prior experience in office management is desirable.
