OFFICE ASSISTANT
Location: Niš
Job description
- Administration of incoming / outgoing documentation and call management
- Creating, processing and archiving business documentation
- Communication and document preparation for international business partners
- Organizing business trips for local team (air tickets, accommodation etc.)
- Maintaining information files and processing paperwork
- Providing full administrative and office support
- Procurement of office supplies, stationary and promotional items
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience on similar position
- College or university diploma in Economy or Organizational Sciences
- Good organizational skills, accuracy in work with great attention to details
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, with proficient communication abilities
- Fluency in English, full and professional literacy in Serbian
- Advanced computer skills (MS office)
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive with a positive “can-do” attitude
