Right now we're looking for a new addition to our Facility team:

Office Manager

in Belgrade, which will help our office efficiency.

Organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures in order to ensure office functionality on a day-to-day basis.

What will you do?

  • Manage and carry out day-to-day activities such as answering the main office phone line, handling post, stationery supplies, deliveries, shipments
  • Proactively manage the office environment to make sure that high standards are kept for all areas; meeting rooms, lounge, kitchen main office space and reception and organizing repair and maintenance as needed
  • Manage income invoices from all suppliers and liaise directly with payments team to arrange POs and payments within timely manner
  • Arranging business travels – buying tickets and booking hotels
  • Manage the overall organization and tidiness of our workplace throughout the workday
  • Ensure equipment is in working order and arrange for necessary repairs
  • Monitor and manage inventory of key office and kitchen supplies
  • Collaborate with global teams, such as Finance, HR, Facilities on various tasks & projects.
  • Liaise with vendors including property management and service providers (cleaning, caterer, etc.)
  • Manage all necessary documentation and reporting related to the office (i.e.insurance certificates, financial and legal documents) and provide data and reports based on requests from Facilities and Finance departments in HQ
  • Assist with events planning both onsite and offsite
  • Manage all catering services

You'll be successful in this role if you are:

  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility for results
  • Self-motivated and driven by goals rather than assignments
  • Analytical, structured and creative when it comes to troubleshooting. Problem-solving is in your nature
  • Person with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office
