The AGS Group, leader in the international moving industry, is seeking for its Belgrade office a qualified person for the following position:

Job description :
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as processing paperwork, distributing emails, answering phone calls and resolving a range of administrative problems and inquiries
- Preparing and forwarding of business documentation
- Preparing of internal reports for local accountants and Headquater
- Basic accounting in our internal software
- Maintaining files, databases, records, and other documents
- Communicating with clients and suppliers
- Preparing bank orders
- Taking care of office supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum High School education required
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in administration or accounting
- Knowledge and understaning of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of French would be an asset
