Office Manager
Requirements:
- strong experience in office management within construction or similar industry
- university degree is desirable
- fluency in English and good MS Office skills
- possessing high independence in work, organization and execution
- proficiency in managing of archieving of company documents
- readiness for multitasking and performing versatile duties
- fluency in English
- flexibility, strong goals and tasks orientation, with proactive and can-do attitude
Responsibilities:
- being responsible for smooth functioning of local office
- liaison person for management, construction and procurement teams and processes
- active communication partner internally and with external stakeholders
- agenda management and keeping construction TO DO lists punctually and proactively
- support on tendering process (preparing of documents and necessary information)
- organizing meetings, travels
- handling office equipment and supplies
- coordination of all procurement and logistic activities
- reporting to Country Head and personal assistance to Senior Management
