Office Manager
Location: Belgrade
Job description:
- Administration of incoming / outgoing documentation and call management
- Generating, processing and archiving business documentation
- Communication and document preparation for external accountancy
- Scheduling business trips for company employees (air tickets, accommodation etc.)
- Calculating, monitoring and reporting office expenses to the company’s CFO
- Human resources activities (annual leave)
- Procurement of office supplies, stationary and promotional items
- Support in facility management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in daily accounting/financial and administrative operations will be considered an advantage
- Good organizational skills, accuracy in work with great attention to details
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, with proficient communication abilities
- Fluency in English, full and professional literacy in Serbian
- Advanced computer skills (MS office)
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive with a positive “can-do” attitude
